However, in 2022, we embarked on a restart, or Business 2.0, demonstrating our resilience and determination. From 2022 until June 2023, we have achieved substantial milestones, including the acquisition of $2.1 million worth of real estate, the addition of 13 new premium listings, and the expansion of our portfolio by 10,000 square feet.

Furthermore, our assets under management (AUM) have significantly grown since 2022, with 26 new listings, $3.8 million in new real estate acquisitions, and an additional 13,600 square feet of space.

To enhance the quality of our offerings, we have also undertaken extensive renovations on many of our current listings since late 2021. With an investment of $480,000, we have introduced 19 new or upgraded listings, resulting in 12,000 square feet of beautifully renovated space.
